I have a question with regards to your online calculator. I had a slip and fall and suffered a compression fracture which has developed into chronic pain. Since the accident I also suffer from severe depression. The calculator gives an amount for one, or the other, but not both as one. How would you advise the use of the calculator when dealing with more than one disability?

That is an excellent question! Unfortunately once we are dealing with multiple injuries, the analysis becomes more complex, requiring a more in-depth look at pre-existing issues, interplay between the injuries you describe, effect of those injuries on your work and activities of daily living, etc. I would be happy to discuss this with you by phone or email (see my contact info below) and provide you with my opinion on the range of damages you can expect. In terms of the compression fracture, was there loss of height as a result? Did you need surgery? Are you able to ambulate without assistance? These are some of the questions I need to know before providing a full analysis. Please email or call me at my number and email below and I will be happy to discuss this with you (no charge).
