Hi I've been permanently disabled for the past 7 years. It seems like my company is trying to get me to come back to work even though I am disabled my doctor says I'm not able to return to work or do any other job. This is quite frustrating LTD insurance company is not giving me a problem it is my company I keep getting phone calls from them when I am insured by long term disability insurance and Canada pension disability why is my company harassing me on my return date when I'm permanently disabled and paralyzed.
If you are permanently unable to return to work you may want to let your company know that. Most likely that will mean that your employment contract has been "frustrated" and they will move on and consider your employment at an end.
