I have been off work due to illness since July/19. I work for the government in a union setting. Friday after my grievances have been denied we received the arbitration case date. Today I received a letter from my employer threatening to get back to work next week or be terminated, is this legal?
It’s an issue you have to deal with through your union. They are the only ones that can represent you in this regard.
