Am I obligated to communicate to my insurance company by phone. They have threatened to cut off my payments if i do not communicate by way of phone. When i ask about if this is in my policy they say yes but will not give me a full copy of my policy

Good question. You should email them and tell them that communicating by phone adds significant anxiety to your condition and that you would rather communicate by email. Ask them in your email to produce your full LTD policy and tell them to point to where it says in there that you must communicate by phone. If they cut you off or tell you that they will cut you off by a certain date, let me know ASAP and we will help. My contact info is below.
