I'm not fully diagnosed but my doctors won't let me go back to work but i didn't get approved I know I can fight it but is there a point if I don't have a diagnosis. And if I do get diagnosed can i reapply for disability even though I've been turned down once?

As long as your doctors confirm that you have limitations or impairments that prevent you from working then you should have been approved for long term disability. The diagnosis is not a requirement.
