I have a neck injury requiring surgery. Been off for 6 months. Just moved to LTD a month ago. Been taking physio 3x per week for last 3 months. It's hasn't been effective. Condition hasn't changed. They are forcing me back to work, at a car plant assembly line, knowing I will be in significant pain. They suggested painkillers, but said it's ok to work in pain if it isn't causing more damage. Am I supposed to endure this kind of pain day in and day out? Not sure how to approach this. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Absolutely not. They can't force you to go back. If your doctors say that you are unable to work because of your injuries then they must continue your LTD. If they cut you off or tell you that they will cut you off despite your doctors saying that you are not ready to return to work, let me know and we will help. My email and phone number are below.
