Good Afternoon,

Hoping you can help answer a question for me.
Currently I am on long term disability and my therapy and insurance persons talked about a gradual return to work program (staggered hours) and my work place has refused this request.
Instead they would like me to go into my therapy place and pretend to do work there for 4 hours a day as opposed to doing this in my work place.
My mind is boggled and wondering why, when I know I can do my job and not on deadlines that require me to be in office for full 8 hours a day
