Hi
I am asking for my friend that works for Bell. He is suffering from knee issues which is causing a lot of pain. The doctor recommended time off. He is on Short Term. Manulife disagreed with the time off and requested that he returns to work immediately. He followed the doctor’s advice. Manulife suspended his pay. What do you recommend. Should he get a lawyer?
