I was foarced to retire from my job early because of medical issues.I am 53 years old and suffer chronic back pain from a work related injury.I was diagnosed with a 25% disablity 15 years ago.I am also suffering with bipolar disorder and major depression as well as high blood pressure which prevent me from further work am i entitled to long term disability or any further help from workers comp.
