my employer is asking for more medical information, I do not have accomadation request or a return to work date as i have multiple physical injuries. I am on approved long term disability and the case manager told employer to contact them for medical and employer is saying they have the right they want to know nature of illness, who specialists are and outcomes of those appointments-i have applied for cpp disability and have been on ltd since aug 2017, so i have already passed the 2 year mark - what should i do?

You only need to confirm to your employer that you are currently disabled from working and that you intend to come back to work when you are ready. If they let you go you should let me know ASAP and we will discuss your legal options. My number and email are below.
