I have Barrett’s esophagus which means I choke and vomit almost daily on food. My esophagus ruptured just over a year ago and needed emergency surgery and spent 2 weeks in ICU with sepia and in total a month in the hospital, I am seeing a Pyscholgist regularly to deal with my anxiety, panic and PTSD, I have been reluctant to do so up to know but plan on filing for long term disability? I have heard that it can be quite a struggle though?
And I obviously have bad insomnia.

I am very sorry for what you are going through. Apply for long term disability (I assume you mean through an insurance insurance company), and if you are denied, call or email me ASAP and we will help. My contact info is below.
