I’m a 38 year old female that is suffering from chronic back pain I had an incident in aug and have been off work since I have just lost my short term disability and have applied for long term. I have lost feeling in both left and right legs loss of bladder control as well as no feeling in my groin area. My dr has done an mri when it first happens and now wants me to see a surgeon. The insurance company wants more information and wonders why she has not sent me for more tests. What can i do if they decline my disability? I am unable to walk stand and sit for long periods of time

As long as your doctor says that you can’t work you should qualify for long term disability. If they deny you or take too long to approve, call or email me ASAP at my contact info below and we will help. We deal with situations like yours all the time and resolve them with insurers. Don’t worry. We can help.
