I'm currently on LTD past 18 months for stress, depression, anxiety and memory. My employer is the reason I'm in this situation and I was working for the same employer past 17 years. My health isn't getting better. My case manager decided recently extended my LTD beyond 2 years and asked me to apply CPP disability and I'm 52 years old. I want to end my employment because every time I hear my employer name I get more sick. Is it too late to get my severance pay, can I get it
and what happens if I don't get it because previous to LTD I have applied to WSIB they denied me.

You may be entitled to severance due to constructive dismissal. We may be able to help you if you are not a unionized employee. Pls call or email me at my contact info below.
