I work 30+ years for a Non union company who is in credit protection saying restructuring but may bankrupt , I pay for my group benefits thru work to Manulife
I am currently on LTD due to a non work related severe injury, Manulife only approves this then my employer issues my pay @ 50% of my regular salary.
Will I be protected if they bankrupt , what can happen, what should I be aware of , plan for, do or know ? Thank you
