i have been on wcb with a shoulder injury for a year from work, since then i have developed spinal stenosis and scoliosis which is leading me to ltd for the time being as i cannot work,, does this dismiss the fact that wcb cannot retrain me for my shoulder? and should the two be seperate issues because they seem to be combining them when it comes to ltd

I'm sorry to hear about your injury. I don't fully understand the first part of your question, however our firm does not deal with matters relating to WCB so we aren't able to advise on WCB matters or queries.
As per LTD, the main aspect of disability claims is that you are disabled from working. The reason as to what the disability may be is not as important. If you are denied LTD for any reason, give us a call for a free consultation to discuss how we can help.
