As a non-unionized employees, am I entitled to salary increases based upon merit and/or cost of living allowance (COLA) that would normally take effect annually on a prescribed date for all employees if I am on short term disability benefits at that date? What happens to merit and COLA increases that I would typically receive annually if I am on LTD benefits on that date?

I'm going to email you about this directly.
