I have been told to complete a 45 minute Functional Assessment Interview by telephone in order to determine my eligibility for Long Term Disability. My doctor has already provided all information, documentation and subsequent follow-up questions requested by the benefit provider. Can you tell me what happens in one of these interviews and share any tips or guidance about how I should complete it to avoid being denied LTD? Thank you.
