I stopped taking my antidepressants without my medical team knowing for a few months because I was scared what it was doing to me but they since found out and they have prescribed me back on the medication and I’m taking it as prescribing. If insurance finds out this happened can they legitimately cut off my LTD? Do I have to tell them before they find out? Is there something my medical team can do to help not getting me cut off with insurance?

You should always follow your doctors recommendations. If they don't recommend you take the medication, then you shouldn't take it. If your insurer gives you a hard time or tries to end your benefits because you didn't take it, please contact us ASAP and we will help (contact information below)
