I never recieved retroactive payment becausei owed the child tax one overpayment they had released to me that they shouldnt of.I was told at the time that i had to oay that child tax overpay.ent before i would eeceive my retroactive cpp payment..how do i get the 40,000.00 plus dollars the canadian government has owed me this whole time.How can i pay that bill and get my funds released that I never did ever get?
