My Ltd provider sends me a form once a year for my dr to complete- also a section that they ask any other money I received- I always report the money I get from CPPD, if I was to get an inheritance- do I have to repot that and can they deduct that from what they are paying me?

Under the vast majority of LTD policies, an inheritance should not be deductible. That said, it's always prudent to advise your LTD insurer of new money streams, so that they can assess whether there is a claim for deduction or not. If you do get an inheritance, and you report it to your insurer, and they try to claim a deduction, you should contact our firm right away for a free consultation.
