I’m on Ltd for the pass 7 years due to a work injury and had multiple visits with their doctors after my 2 years was up and their doctors favoured on my behalf and I was awarded to the age 65 which is February 2026. Here’s my situation, I just received a letter from the insurance company and they wanted me to sign and give them all rights to my personal information as well over the 7 years I paid for all my medical and therapy costs. My question is should I sign this document and do I have rights to sue for expenses I have paid out to help my condition. Randy

I need to see the authorization they want you to sign, and I need a few other details as well, before I can give you information about this. So I'm going to email you directly.
