I'm became a paraplegic in 1987
38 yrs ago when I was 17..due to car accident my case was settled through icbc through a structured ..I'm inquiring to see if my case can be reopened for review to get more financial assistance..as at the time of my accident I wasn't aware of the costs of living full time as a disabled person

Unfortunately, we don't practice ICBC law here. I recommend that you contact your provincial law society's referral service for a referral to a firm with that specialty.
