I'm off work. Sunlife is telling me to apply to CPP-D. I will no longer receive benefits as well. Why does sunlife have the right to do that?
I am part of a union can you represent me?

Where a claimant (such as yourself) is in a union, whether we can represent them in their LTD fight depends on the wording of their collective agreement, and more specifically what (if anything) their collective agreement says about LTD. If you had a viable claim, we would review your collective agreement for free.

As for Sunlife's conduct, I need a bit more detail, so I'm going to email you directly.
