It is not clear.. per the 2 year mark. Do you want to share older practitioners information that may outline existing issues or you do not wish them to know these as they will try to use this to cancel. These issues do not have anything to do with the LTD health leave but are other existing health items unrelated that they may say could contribute to your health issues. Do you share or provide newer practitioners only that would have less information /history?
