I have been on Long Term Disability for two years and was denied at the two year mark, I am currently appealing the decision as my health is declining on the physical aspect and I was recently diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease and accepted by CPP Disability. I have been contacted by my employer as they are trying to fire me on the Frustration of Contract t and I am wondering if after 18 years employment if I would be entitled for severance from my employer.
