Hello, I am on long term disability and receive reduced income from 3 different sources. I lost my spouse last year to cancer and am left trying to manage all expenses. I wanted to know if I may be able to look at rental income to help offset expenses but before I do, I'd like to ask whether rental income could impact my disability coverage/benefits. Can you please help? Although a small portion of my benefits come from WSIB, the majority are from an insurance provider via long term disability through my former employer. I appreciate your expertise and insights.
