I am on long term disability and my health is steadily improving so I told my case manager that I might be ready to go back to work in the near future. I ask my case manager to provide me with a rehabilitation specialist to help me with getting back to work but my case manager said that that resource is not available for me since I have less than two years left in the labour force. You should look at your LTD policy to see if it contains any provisions that entitle you to that kind of help. If there is such a provision there then you are entitled to it. Otherwise you are not.
