Hello, I’ve been on LTD from my job, receiving benefits since 2020. I was mandated to apply for CPPD. I did, and was approved. My only two sources of income are my employment benefits and CPPD. My CPPD benefits are on hold as of last month with my file in review because my T4 from the previous year shows my income from my employer. I explained to them where that “income” comes from, yet I’m still waiting two months now for the review to be completed, and I’ve missed out on my monthly payment. They know I do not work and receive benefits from my employer. Can CPPD cut me off permanently even though I was mandated by my employer to apply and ultimately approved for disability? Thank you
