If your Ltd insurer no longer wishes to pay for CBT as there is no set return to work date. They also do not pay me as CPP amount was more than their benefit was. They want me to deplete my private workplace insurance first. They have already paid for 20 sessions but will not approve more. Is this considered a denial of benefits? If they dont pay me monthly, and don't pay for my therapy to recover..what are they doing for me?

They are not paying you Ltd because your cpp disability amount is likely more than they have to pay you. Unless your Ltd policy obligates them to cover your treatments they don’t have to cover them.
