Can my insurer force me to participate in a return to work plan that I feel isn't right for me? If my DR is on my side with respect to hours/days? How to navigate potentially loosing my LTD benefits in these cases? Or even my job? Can I risk "frustration of contract" termination?

You should not go back to work against medical advice and you should tell your insurer if you can't work and if your doctor says that you can't work. If your insurer says that they'll cut you off regardless, contact me at my number or email below and we will help you.
