What happens to my employment status if I am unable to return to my position, but denied LTD as I am no longer considered “totally disabled “?

If you're remain unable to work and your LTD benefits are cut off, we can help, so please contact us ASAP.
If you're able to work in a different position or with accommodations, however, your employer has a duty to accommodate you. If they refuse to, and you're non-unionized, our employment lawyers would be able to assist you. If you're unionized, you will need to speak with your union representatives.
