if I am denied Short Term Disibility will i still be able to get long term disibility

Generally, LTD benefits are not dependent on STD benefits, so it's possible to get LTD if denied STD. You'll have to meet your LTD policy's definition of Total Disability, and eligibility requirements, which can differ from an STD policy.
