My daughter in law had worked for the same company for 20+ years then during COVID she was diagnosed with COPD and her company let her go. Shouldn’t she be eligible for long term disability?

Yes if she can’t work because of Covid then she should get LTD. Also, if she was let go she should get proper severance. Please call or email me (or have your daughter call or email me) and we will discuss her legal options with her.
