I was cut off from WorkSafe BC. Is my LTD provider entitled to know my permanent disability Loss of Earnings decision (approximately $42,000).
If so, will they reduce my LTD payments based on that.

Often, policies do allow for a WCB offset in some regard, but each policy is different so you will need to review your LTD policy to determine if the insurer is entitled to an offset for that specific benefit.
