I am on an LTD claim past COD on a gradual return to work (“rehabilitative” employment”) at my original job. Do I need to report to my LTD company the rental income from the suite in our house? I thought that was separate and not subject to offsets to my disability payments. The policy wording under “all sources of income” refers to a non-exhaustive list such as other salary, workers’ compensation, auto insurance, and others, all which seem related to disability.

Typically, if your policy states that you need to disclose that specific income, then you're required too. Often, passive income like rental isn't considered employment income unless you are actively running a business, and thus doesnt need to be disclosed.
You should review your policy to determine for sure.
