How can a Case Manager from WSIB, refuse or deny the medical treatment recommendations made by an Ontario Worker’s Network Dr they send a person to see?

Adjudication of LTD and WSIB claims should be done holistically - that is, the case managers should be considering all relevant medical information. I do agree that an OW doctor's recommendation is a strong piece of evidence - but it isn't the only evidence.

Unfortunately, we don't practice WSIB law. I recommend that you contact the Law Society of Ontario's Referral Service to find a lawyer who can assist with your WSIB claims.
