Should I Appeal a CPP decision for a third and final time even though the medical information hasnt changed over the past 3 months. I presently have LTD with a private insurance company for the past 2 years and 2 months . The private insurance company had only requested I apply for CPP but never requested I appeal on either decision. It was my choice that I appealed the original and the reconsideration part of the process.

It's up to you. If the medical documentation hasn't changed then chances are that another CPPD appeal would not be approved. By applying for CPPD you've likely satisfied the requirement in your LTD policy that says that you must apply. So your insurer should not reduce your LTD benefits. However, if they do take such drastic steps because you have been denied CPPD, or if they cut you off or try to force you back to work before you are ready, let me know ASAP and we will help.
