I’m on LTD Antioch if the insure settles my claim, will CPP disability claw this money from me?

CPPD pays in priority to LTD. Which means that CPPD pays first, and LTD pays second. So CPPD should not be entitled to claw back LTD money, but LTD may (depending on the terms of your policy) be entitled to claw CPPD money back. If you're approved for both, you should make them aware of each other, to avoid any improper double-recoveries.
