I had an accident in may and July this year. I was approved LTD in September. Currently am still in pain in multiple part of my body, concussion, constant headaches, TMJ to the left, depression, anxiety and dizzy spells and nausea and extreme fatigue. My work people are proposing permanent accommodation but I don’t think am physically, mentally and emotionally ready to return to work even with accommodation. What do I do?

If you and your medical team do not believe that you're able to return to work yet then your LTD benefits should still be paid. If your insurer tries to terminate your benefits before you're cleared to work, please contact us for assistance. Our number is below.
