I was on LTD for 1 year and informed of termination during this period. The letter stated that I’m still employed until the LTD period ends. When the case manager ended it this year, a letter was sent to my company’s HR informing them of this. I heard nothing from the company for 2 months. Then when I inquired, they sent me an income protection plan package and two paid weeks to decide which option I want. However, I was not paid at all during the 2 months. Is this legal? Should I ask for back pay?

I'm going to email you about this directly.
