My co-worker has a medical condition and has doctor note not to work outside due to medical conditions, work sent him outside due to lack of staff. The company is asking for more information pertaining to his medical condition. They are giving him a time frame to produce the reason of his medical condition. He feels that its the companies responsibility to call his doctor to ask why he cant work outside.
