Just terminated my job to take the commuted value of my pension before she 55 as per rules. I am on Ltd and manulife says since I fit the definition of disabled, they continue to pay me for 4 more months until the original contract is up. The money I receive from my commuted value, does it need to be disclosed to my Ltd case worker as income ?

It depends on the wording of your policy. We can have a look at it and advise you. Also, being let go from your job while yoI are disabled is illegal. Your employer has possibly breached human rights by doing that and we can help you with that as well as making sure you get the appropriate severance.
