I'm presently on LTD for the past 8 years. My company has excluded me from a program where its employees can obtain their personal information online. I understand that I will not return because of my disability is permanent. However Vital Information can be obtained every year such as T4 slips online and other information pertaining to the company I have reached out to the company and ask them to provide me with special access codes as every worker has one they have declined to call me back.

Thank you for your question. Since you are not an active employee, the company does not have to give you access to the program. Keep in mind that if it is clear that you cannot return to work, we can help you get severance. If you would like to do that, give us a call.
