I have been off of work from 2012 till now. I was on LTD with Great West Life for two years until they cut me off.I had Share Lawyers help me fight that and won a lump sum of 128,000.00. Now KTH wants me to come back but my back is killing me and I don't want to go back.I've been having some mental issues now because of it.I've been calling in from the 6th of September till now.The drive is just over an hour which would leave me in pain. They want me to quit,but if I do that I do not get a severance right? They are threatening to fire me this Monday or Tuesday and want me to come in for a meeting. I'm not sure what to do can you help?
