I have just been placed on Long term disability. I ma receiving presently $1800.00 a month. My average monthly pay prior to my disability was between $3600-$4000 a month. I feel I am being short changed by the amount.

Your LTD policy stipulates how much you should be getting from your LTD insurer. Generally it is between 60% - 66.6% of your pre-disability income. If that's not the case and you're not getting what you are owed under the policy check with your adjuster why that is. If you can't get answers or they are stonewalling you, call or email me at my contact info below and we will help.
