I have been on long term disability it will be 2 years in august does the insurance company have to offer me a back to work program for my current employer

Generally at the 2 year mark the insurer determines if they believe that you can return to your own occupation or any occupation for which you have training, education or experience. They may ask you to participate in a return to work program, but some employers are not cooperative. We can help if you are ready to go back to some form of employment but your employment is not accommodate you, and we can also help you if you are NOT able to go back to any occupation but the insurer says that your LTD benefits will cut you off. Either way we can assist you since our expertise is both in employment and disability law. My contact info is below.
