Hello,
I was injured in a car accident when I was only 11 weeks pregnant. I went on short term disability until I was able to go on EI maternity, parental leave. My EI leave is now over and still unable to work from my injuries sustained. Would the disability company give me a hard time if I now reapply with them? Should I start with short term or go straight for the long term disability?

You should apply for long term disability. If you are denied, call or email me at my contact info below and we will help.
