My husband has substantial mental illness and brought in by bullying in the workplace for over 10 years. He was recently approved for LTD and the person who approved him was covering for another GWL case worker and they called today and asked him a few questions and then she said she is denying his claim. We’ve already received the first payment . Can this be legal!?
