Hey there! What duty does your employer have to ensure that there are no financial gaps during the transition period to LTD (from salary continuance)? Despite many requests for timelines and details, I received no responses from my employer. I was notified nine days AFTER my pay ceased that it would be my last pay. And because my employer did not supply the claim forms to me in a timely manner, I now find myself with no income while the claim is being processed. Thank you!
