My disability insurance through my work stopped paying me after 3 years on being off work as soon as they found out I have fibromyalgia. They sent me to a disability clinic only to find out what I'm able to do and not to do but the clinic didn't not make me do things that I have been complaining about. I can't stand or sit for long periods at a time and I have trouble with function of my hands also got chronic pain through out my body and memory problems. My job is being a CSR which requires me to stand up most of my days. I would like to appeal the insurance decision but I would like to know if they are able to stop my disability if my doctor didn't give the ok.

They should NOT have cut off your payments if you are still disabled from working and if your doctor says that you are disabled. Do NOT appeal. Appeals are useless. Call or email me ASAP at my contact info below and we can discuss your legal options.
